Accompanied home search tour with compact class vehicle – Preparing and sending email of an agenda in text form (24 hours before the house hunting appointment)

Assistance with  negotiation of rental lease contract – Negotiation and checking of the rental contract, Coordination of the rental deposit, Registration at the authorities.

We secure rental lease contract for the selected property, connect the utilities if needed (electricity, gas, water, television and internet) and provide you with instructions for check-in.

Moving in – Accompanying the assignee on property walk through as well as conducting an inventory inspection to be signed by all parties involved.
