1h personal online skype meeting and briefing with our Advisor: we determine your specific needs and establish which type of support is required in your situation.  Familiarizing you with local healthcare facilities, libraries, park districts, fitness centers, etc. becoming part of the community

Advice and information on anything you come across that needs an explanation: we will guide you with focus on the details that are critical to a smooth transition.

1h for the service: our Advisor will provide you with the required information for the service via e-mail: specific information, appointments will be arranged. We’ll take care of organizing basic utilities, advising on banking, driving licenses, insurance services and local registrations:

*facilitating direct enrolments and subscriptions: public transport, mobile phone, utilities etc.

*assistance with the opening of bank accounts

*providing information and advice on local insurance requirements and assisting with the completion of necessary forms

*providing information and advice on local medical and dental care options
