We provide our guests with an Executive Host for the 2days subscription option.

If you choose on demand/pay as you go service is by request, If you choose enjoy Bucharest package is 2 days time since you arrive in the city.

9.I have to cancel services I booked for a particular day – what do I do? Only in case that you purchased the 2 days subscription and your trip was canceled you will get 50% of the money back.

Online assistance has 2 hours service structure:1h skype online consulting 1h for the service: Your Advisor will provide you with the required information for the service via e-mail, phone, whatsapp

The concierge subscription covers the consultancy services offered by Bucharest Advisors until the fulfilment of the request

4.What forms of payment do you accept?

5.How do I pay for service/product of the supplier?

The requested service/product will be paid to the supplier, directly or through Bucharest Advisors, depending on the client’s choice

6.How can I communicate with my personal assistant? Will I always have the same personal assistant?

Bucharest Advisors will designate a consultant assigned for the individual/family

7.Who do I contact if I have an emergency situation during non-business hours?

7.How will I know how much time I’ve used and which services have been completed?

A minimum of 1-hour is required for each task. If your concierge specialist is traveling to multiple locations, a two-hour minimum is required. Our service area includes Bucharest and Ilfov county within a 20km. Services outside of this area may incur additional fees.

9.I have to cancel services I booked for a particular day – what do I do?

A cancellation is possible free of charge up to 5 working days before the service date. Cancellation fees will incur thereafter. Please note that in the General Terms and Conditions, which explains our cancellation policy in detail.

11.How much notice do you require for the service?

A minimum of 48-hour notice is typically required for all services, however, same and next day requests will be accommodated as our schedule permits.

For event coverage (coordination, planning, etc), we recommend a minimum of 2-week notice to ensure adequate staffing.

12.How long will it take to process my concierge request?

Depending of the complexity we give you a preliminary estimate of the time required to fully deal with your query. Our estimate will be based on our expert assessment of your request, but is not a guarantee. However, if we require more time to process your request, we will inform of this before proceeding with the additional work.

For requests beyond what is covered by concierge requests, the charge will be billed hourly or on a per request basis.

13.Can you guarantee to help with my request?

We handle every legal and ethical request

We can guarantee to do our best. Whether or not we can provide the information and/or assistance that you require will of course depend on the specific nature of your request. We will only charge you for concierge services, however, if we have fulfilled your request to your satisfaction. It may be that your request proves impossible to satisfy, for example if the services or information you are interested in are not actually available in Bucharest. In which case, we will only charge you, with your approval, once we are confident that we have exhausted all possible avenues in our attempts to fulfill your request.

Our motto is ‘your ask is our task’ and we will try our utmost to arrange anything as long as it is legal, moral and ethical. If we can’t perform the services for you, we will source someone who can. If we can’t arrange or source it, we will find you the next best alternative.
